Pastor Abogasti has started a new church in Mwakalundi, now known as Mwakalundi Baptist Church. During the Pentecost outreach he faithfully preached the Gospel, and many people responded by receiving Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. A total of 80 new believers were baptized, publicly declaring their faith in Christ, and have become the founding members of the church. The church will soon be led by a Bible student who will graduate shortly and become their first pastor. Please pray for these new believers, the leadership of the church, and the continued spread of the Gospel throughout the region.
