Chapter One · The Model

A Community Where Everything Rises Together

A MissionPoint is not a single project. It is Amigos Internacionales’ holistic community-transformation model — clean water, a school, a mission church, medical outreach, life-skills and livelihoods, pastoral training, and a path toward local sustainability, all in the same place, for the same people, over years.

Ogul Village, Uganda, is the flagship: church, school, well, life-skills classroom, farming land — and a medical clinic coming next. Korobar is now the next Northern Uganda MissionPoint on that same seven-stage path, with the land already in the hands of Agape Baptist Church – Korobar and Amigos Internacionales.

Chapter Two · The Land

10.396 Acres, Formally Handed to Amigos

On July 9, 2026, Korobar Village completed the formal handover of 10.396 acres to Agape Baptist Church – Korobar / Amigos Internacionales. This is the first stage of the MissionPoint model — a qualified land donation from a community that had already given the same land to itself so a school could exist.

The handover was signed by Patrick Kibwota, Pastor Okulu Santo, and Kibwola Christopher for Amigos-side continuity, with LC1 Chairperson Ouma Geoffrey adding local-government authority. What the handover placed in our hands:

  • A three-classroom masonry block with office and store room.
  • Two grass-thatched classroom houses for additional teaching space.
  • A working borehole on the campus — clean water is already flowing.
  • Five teacher huts and drainable latrines already in place.
  • A football field, wild trees, and expansion land for phase-two buildings.
Chapter Three · Leadership

Church, Field Operations, and Medical — All On Site

Korobar is already staffed by Amigos’ senior Northern Uganda leadership. The relationships that made this MissionPoint possible are the same relationships that will carry it forward.

  • Pastor Okulu Santo — local MissionPoint leader and pastor of Agape Baptist Church – Korobar.
  • Patrick Kibwota — African Director of Operations. Walked the land, led the handover conversation, and signed for Amigos.
  • Dr. Paul Mulyamboga — Director of Medical Services and head of Doctors on Mission. Assessed the health of the children and community around the campus.
  • Kibwola Christopher — Amigos-side continuity signatory on the handover letter.
  • LC1 Chairperson Ouma Geoffrey — local-government authority on the receiving side of the transfer.
